The health and wellbeing of your cat(s) is paramount to us. However in the unlikely event that your cat(s) shows any signs of being unwell, you will be contacted immediately to make you aware of our concerns and agree a course of action. If contact cannot be made we will take your cat(s) to their own vet providing it is within a 10 mile radius. Otherwise they will be taken to our local vet Burford Lane Vets. Following the initial consultation any necessary treatment will need your approval after discussion with the vet. Any costs incurred by Tan House Farm Cattery during this process must be reimbursed by you.

We must however make you aware that we accept no liability in the unlikely event your cat(s) become unwell during their stay and all cat(s) are left entirely at your own risk.
