Open for dropping off and picking up everyday of the year except Christmas day.

We understand that in some circumstances our hours may not work with your schedule, please call or email at least one day before to drop off or pick up your cat outside of our opening hours.

Please note; if your plans change and you need to pick up your cat(s) earlier than when they were originally booked in until. You must email/call by 1pm on the new day you are picking them up. This is to ensure there is a member of staff in the office.
