Once you have spoken to us or had an email confirmation your cat is booked in, there are no forms to fill in we will take your information and your cat's information when you arrive to check in your cat(s).


Deposit: There is no deposit to pay

Payment: There is no prepayment needed, total payment can be made when you pick up you cat(s). We take all cards.

Cancellations: We understand that circumstances can change and also can change very quickly. You will not be charged for a cancelled stay even if you need to do this on the day your cat(s) were supposed to be arriving.


Vaccinations: Your cat must be annually vaccinated against cat flu and enteritis to stay with us. We must see your cat's vaccination card or medical history from their vets at check in, or a picture of this can be emailed before you arrive.
